Chest Circumference: place tape horizontally around the largest part of the chest just under the armpits.

Natural Waist Circumference: place tape horizontally around the smallest circumference of torso at navel

Low Waist Circumference: place tape horizontally approximately 2 inch below natural waist to get circumference

Hip Circumference: place tape horizontally around the greatest part of hips at center of buttock, ensure tape is parallel to floor

Arm Length: place tape vertical from the shoulder down to the elbow and to the wrist

Crotch: place tape vertically from low waist at center front, pass between buttocks to low waist at center back (or where it's most comfortable area to have pants sit at back)

Inseam: place the tape end in a central position under crotch, then measure down the inside of leg to ankle

Thigh Circumference: place the tape around the widest part of the leg, 2 inch below crotch, keep the tape parallel to the floor

Knee Circumference: place the tape around the center of the knee, keep the tape parallel to the floor

Calf Circumference: place the tape around the widest part of the calf, keep the tape parallel to the floor

Ankle Circumference: place the tape around the narrowest part of the ankle, keep the tape parallel to the floor

Heel Circumference: measure around the heel on a 45-degree angle to the floor

Outseam: place the tape vertically from side of the body at low waist and measure down to floor(or length at the ankle)
