- Chest Circumference: place tape horizontally around the largest part of the chest just under the armpits.
- Natural Waist Circumference: place tape horizontally around the smallest circumference of torso at navel
- Low Waist Circumference: place tape horizontally approximately 2 inch below natural waist to get circumference
- Hip Circumference: place tape horizontally around the greatest part of hips at center of buttock, ensure tape is parallel to floor
- Arm Length: place tape vertical from the shoulder down to the elbow and to the wrist
- Crotch: place tape vertically from low waist at center front, pass between buttocks to low waist at center back (or where it's most comfortable area to have pants sit at back)
- Inseam: place the tape end in a central position under crotch, then measure down the inside of leg to ankle
- Thigh Circumference: place the tape around the widest part of the leg, 2 inch below crotch, keep the tape parallel to the floor
- Knee Circumference: place the tape around the center of the knee, keep the tape parallel to the floor
- Calf Circumference: place the tape around the widest part of the calf, keep the tape parallel to the floor
- Ankle Circumference: place the tape around the narrowest part of the ankle, keep the tape parallel to the floor
- Heel Circumference: measure around the heel on a 45-degree angle to the floor
- Outseam: place the tape vertically from side of the body at low waist and measure down to floor(or length at the ankle)
